• Commissioning: Ensuring all building systems are designed, installed, tested, and capable of being operated and maintained according to the owner's operational needs. ​​Commissioning is required for LEED certification and Title 24 buildings >10k sf.

• Title 24 Code Compliance (non-residential): Compliance with Title 24 is mandatory for all new construction and major renovations in California. This is accomplished by meeting energy efficiency standards that vary depending on the building’s location, type, and size. To achieve compliance, several approaches can be used, including prescriptive, performance-based, and energy modeling methods.
